Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 5 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Rates vary on packaging & destination.  

  • Pricing is provided during each individual check out

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs processing).


Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship with the United States.

  • You can email us at info@cortezcosmetics for international deliveries.
  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. Customers are responsible for these additional charges.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days with photos of the item and packaging.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it. Refunds or replacements will be issued on a case-by-case basis.
